Accessibility
It is extremely important to us that everyone enjoys All Booked Up. Our main organiser suffers from several chronic illnesses and wants to ensure our event is accessible to everyone. Below we have detailed things we/the venue have in place to support you. We know this will never be exhaustive of what someone may need, so please to email us if you require specific support!
What's in place?
Lifts
The venue has four lifts, plus a designated disabled lift to help you get to each floor with ease.
The rest of the venue is flat or ramped, so wheelchairs etc. can move about safely and easily.
Quiet Space
We will have a dedicated 'Quiet Space', so you can take a breath, recharge, or take medication in peace.
Visual Story
See your day from the car park, to getting your ticket scanned, to the various areas, restaurants and more at All Booked Up.
In this visual story, we highlight as much as possible what will happen at each part of your day.
