Little Readers

We believe that reading is the gateway to so much. It is a skill every child needs, learning to read, and a privilege every child should have, to read great stories. With that in mind, we are creating our Little Readers corner to give children a space to read, listen to stories, tell stories, and be creative!

PLEASE NOTE: Although all ages are welcome at All Booked Up, and our Little Reader's area will be dedicated to children, please be aware that 18+ books and merch will be sold elsewhere at this event. They will be marked on your map and no inappropriate images will be on display..

Reading Corner

We believe in every child having access to great books, so please come and read in our FREE reading corner. Books must stay in this area, please.

Storytime

Several of our children's authors will be sharing their books in the reading corner. One of our fantastic authors, Annabelle James, will even be teaching some British Sign Language alongside her story about a deaf boy, Matty.

Children Doing Art

Children's Crafts

We will also have the option for children to be creative at All Booked Up, with bookmark making, colouring, and book magnet designing. No sign-up, just come along on the day. Free of charge.

What If?
For Ages: 7 – 11
What if fish had feet? What kind of shoes would they wear?
What if the world was one big ocean? What would underwater
cities look like? What if you saw someone being unkind? Would you do something about it, or would you walk away?

What if you came along to join in with a fun, interactive
exploration of some of the questions in ‘What If?’ and made
your own ‘What If Challenge Game Book’?
